Refund policy

At Good Fella, we buy coffee, equipment and merchandise that we all use ourselves at home. We want you to be as stoked as we are with any product you buy from Good Fella. So we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to: Good Fella Coffee, Shop 7, 5 Celebration Drive, Bella Vista, New South Wales 2153.

Please note:

Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
Items purchased online can be exchanged in Store.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
