Terms and Conditions
Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

1. Transaction Currency and Pricing

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

2. Shipping and Delivery
 Within Australia

Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Good Fella Coffee post all orders within 3 days of order placement and, in most cases, your delivery will arrive within 7 days of the postage date. 

Please contact us at gday@goodfella.co for any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.

Outside of Australia

If you would like to order items to be delivered outside of Australia, please email us at Gday@goodfella.co for a quote on shipping and an estimated delivery time.

3. Customer Service
We pack and ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

4. At Good Fella, we buy coffee, equipment and merchandise that we all use ourselves at home. We want you to be as stoked as we are with any product you buy from Good Fella. So we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to: Good Fella Coffee, Shop 7, 5 Celebration Drive, Bella Vista, New South Wales 2153.
